Meet the Manns!

CLA Productions is a family-owned rodeo production company led by husband-and-wife team Chantz and Laura Ann, proudly rooted in the western lifestyle and the rodeo community of East Texas.

Rodeo runs deep in our family. Both Chantz and Laura Ann grew up competing in the sport, and Laura Ann continues to run barrels today. Laura Ann also carries a proud rodeo legacy — her grandfather was a National Finals Rodeo qualifier in steer wrestling, helping lay the foundation for generations of passion for the arena.

That love for rodeo is now being passed down to their son, Majors, who has officially started his own rodeo journey. And of course, no event would be complete without Trump, the family’s well-known and much-loved four-legged mascot who’s usually right in the middle of the action.

CLA Productions brings over eight years of experience producing the Rush Herrington Memorial Barrel Race, along with two years serving as President and First Lady of the Lone Star High School Rodeo Association. This experience has strengthened our commitment to quality production, strong organization, and creating positive experiences for competitors, families, and sponsors.

We are excited to continue producing goat tying, breakaway roping, and tie-down jackpots, while growing our barrel racing events. Our vision includes expanding into larger barrel jackpots, potentially offering weekly barrel races, and one day producing a full-fledged rodeo.

While life stays busy, we truly love the producing side of the sport and the relationships it creates. At CLA Productions, our goal is to build well-run events that treat competitors fairly, support families, and strengthen the rodeo community for generations to come.
